Bold sassy, enticingly enigmatic moulding a love of live performance with passion and artistic flair, RED is a fresh new recording artist from New Zealand. 

Her onstage sultry performances and powerhouse vocals have had her compared to “A blend of Amy Winehouse, Lauren Hill and Pink all woven into one sexy package.”

A professional singer from New Zealand Dionne Stanbridge aka RED has built a loyal following from her live performances in cover bands and DJ work around NZ.

Her debut music release MOTHER SHOW ME A REMEDY shot to #2 on the iTunes Rock charts NZ in December 2019 and her rock anthem RAIN dedicated to those affected by the Australian bushfires in 2020, had over 40k views in one week!

RED is also a prolific songwriter penning her name to over 100 songs ranging from rock, blues, pop and RnB, soul and metal genres. Her vast vocal range and  passionate vocal style combined with her sharp wit and grace on stage makes RED an incREDibly polished artist.

As a young girl RED loved theatre and studied it from the age of 7. It was there that she learned to develop her craft and the power of connecting with her audience. By age 14 she was working at her local theatre as the stage manager in her first adult/mature production ‘STEAMING’ and has continued to perform in front of the camera and stage ever since.

RED  also plays the drums and guitar and enjoys getting her hands down and REDiculously dirty in music production.

Her debut album is due for release in early 2022 and she is excited to be bringing her RED fusion of music, performance and theatre to a venue near you.
